3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight/Size: The total weight and dimensions of your order.

5. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses

  • Liability: Palace Skateboard is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Reshipping: If an order is returned to us because of an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping charges.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, packages may be subject to customs inspections and import fees.

  • These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process in your country.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” but not received, or for theft after delivery.
  • We recommend contacting your local post office or courier directly for any delivery discrepancies.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. After review, we will assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to our warehouse because of unpaid customs fees, refused delivery, or multiple failed attempts:

  • The cost of the products will be refunded.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
