Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse.

- Note: Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, promotional events, or new collection drops, processing may take additional time.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We ship to various regions, and delivery times depend on your location and the local courier services.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination: The delivery location.
- Weight/Size: The total weight and dimensions of your order.
- Taxes: Any customs duties, VAT, or local import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched:

5. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Addresses
- Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before finishing your order.
- Liability: Palace Skateboard is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Reshipping: If an order is returned to us because of an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping charges.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, packages may be subject to customs inspections and import fees.
- These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process in your country.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address:
- Responsibility transfers to the customer.
- We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” but not received, or for theft after delivery.
- We recommend contacting your local post office or courier directly for any delivery discrepancies.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- After review, we will assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to our warehouse because of unpaid customs fees, refused delivery, or multiple failed attempts:
- The cost of the products will be refunded.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
